About Kids Fit Classes

These fitness classes are aimed at 5-7s, 8-11s and 12-15s. We incorporate games, circuits, body conditioning and exercising all to the latest hits.  We work on building up cardiovascular fitness, balance and motor skills as well as core strength, speed, agility and hand-eye coordination.
